Poor baby. Ouch that looks like it hurts. I can't say that I'm surprised that a person would be capable of this but I'm always horrified to see animals or any living thing for that matter being treated poorly. I shared this on my FB to help spread the word for help. As always it makes my heart happy that there are good people in the world doing what they can to improve the lives of animals, thank you :)
